YOGA at KMC

Join Kerry Hinds (ERYT) for a weekly yoga class!

This is open to everyone – No need to be injury free or super flexible! 

With over 16 years of yoga teaching experience with diverse specialities and training,  Kerry will safely guide you through practices that work on strength, flexibility, and balance while also incorporating stress reduction tools. 

Classes will explore physical conditioning for seasonal activities. Whether it is golfing, hiking, xc skiing, or mountain biking – Yoga can be a wonderful compliment to your activities.

Thursday Shoulder Day
